From our initial conversation through closing, we were extremely pleased that we were referred to Julie Corbo. Julie used her experience, creativity, and sound business skills to help us get through attorney review on our house within about one month of listing, despite the fact that our previous agent had the house listed for 7 months to no avail. With Julie and Keller Williams, we were able to sell the house for our listing price with no inspection credits. By leveraging her experience, we were able to negotiate a one-week inspection period, something that I thought was impossible in New Jersey. Since we had moved out of town, Keller Williams' online document repository allowed us to sign documents without faxes, etc. Julie was a great communicator, and promptly responded to all emails, phone calls and texts. She was a straight-shooter; willing to provide us with direct, candid, but inciteful feedback and opinions. She ensured the house looked great at all times, which helped us since we were not living in the area.
 
While our previous brokers were well-intentioned, their lack of experience, attention to detail and limited resoures was a large contributor to their inability to sell our house. We feel like we got part-time service, from a part-time agent and agency which cost us dearly.  Based on our experience, we believe the agents from the other brokerage are poor communicators, and are not given the resources, training, instruction, experience that would enable them to sell the house in a timely manner.
 
If you are selling a house in Glen Ridge you would be making a huge mistake for not listing your house with Julie Corbo and Keller Williams. Take it from us, we learned the hard way. I truly believe we would have saved as much as one hundred thousand dollars should we have decided to use Julie Corbo from the beginning. We would be happy to share more of our experiences.
